Office & Billing Manager

Amy has been working with Dr. Bowen and Dr. Johnson since 1991. While earning her pre-med degree at Immaculata College, she worked along with the doctors starting as a medical records clerk. After deciding not to go to medical school, she became involved in the business side of medicine and was asked to become the office manager for their practice in 1999. Since then she has obtained AAPC accreditation as a Certified Physician Practice Manager and a Certified Professional Coder.

“Every person has a story – I tell this to the staff. Our office attracts patients that like a personal touch. Our staff is very helpful while also getting to know the patients on a personal level. We are lucky to be in such a great community of people and we love to hear their story. I have heard, on multiple occasions, patients as well as professional sales people mention that “we are the nicest office and the staff is warm and welcoming.” Over the years, working with these doctors has taught me more than any school ever could. I enjoy the patients and welcome feedback that the patients give about the providers and the staff.”
